This mod adds all of the clothing that was in Saints Row: The Third but is missing from Saints Row IV. Saints Row: The Third clothing for Saints Row IV. Clothing is bought at various Clothing Stores, Jewelry is available at On Thin Ice or Bling Bling and Tattoos is available at Rusty's Needle. Customization Items, such as Clothing, Jewelry and Tattoos, are a feature of Saints Row, Saints Row 2, Saints Row: The Third, and Saints Row IV. It's kind of like a base install you want first and then add additional mods to it for flavor.
